Stinger Quad-Aer 3600 36″ Riding Aerator
Stinger Quad-Aer 3600 36-Inch Riding Aerator With Kawasaki FX781V EVO The Quad-Aer 3600 is the 36-inch machine in Stinger’s riding aerator line, with a Kawasaki FX781V EVO rated at 30.5 hp and a forward speed of up to 10 mph. Its hydrostatic direct tine drive runs without chains, and Stinger builds it with no grease points. The Quad-Aer 3600’s Larger Chassis At 1,400 lb, 58 inches wide and 77 inches long, the 3600 is a bigger machine than the 30-inch models, and it rides on 20 x 8-10 drive tires. Folding the operator platform up shortens it to 68 inches for the trailer. Its hydraulic system takes up to 12 quarts of synthetic 15W-50, twice the Quad-Aer 3000’s 6. Quad-Aer 3600 Spec Sheet Engine: Kawasaki FX781V EVO, 30.5 hp Aerating width: 36 in; depth up to 4 in Speed: up to 10 mph forward, 3 mph reverse Fuel tank: 6 gal Weight: 1,400 lb Width: 58 in; height: 48 in Length: 77 in, 68 in with platform up Drive tires: 20 x 8-10 Turning the Quad-Aer 3600 With Tines Down The tines can stay in the ground through wide, gentle turns; for sharper turns and 180s, lift them first, since the manual’s fix for bent and broken tines is to eliminate tight turns with the tines in the ground. Steering runs through two levers, one per side: push both forward to drive, pull both back for reverse, and slow one side to turn toward it. Quad-Aer 3600 Belt and Engine Service Inspect the engine belt every 200 hours. When the main or auxiliary belt is replaced, the timing belt’s tension arm takes a 1/2-inch drive breaker bar, pulled with 20 ft-lb of force before the bolts are tightened. Change the engine oil and filter after the first 50 hours, then every 100, using the oil Kawasaki specifies, and disconnect the negative battery cable and remove the spark plug before any service. Quad-Aer 3600 or a 30-Inch Rider The Quad-Aer 3000 and GT30 work a 30-inch swath at up to 7 and 9.7 mph. The 3600 adds 6 inches of tine width and a 10 mph top speed, and Stinger offers the SeedBox 36, a factory-installed SeedBox version and a 50 lb weight kit for it. · Stinger
